This article covers how Learners can opt back into a Course Lesson via SMS. We all know that accidents can happen, and unfortunately, a Learner can encounter a situation where they have accidentally opted out of their Course Lessons which has ceased their messages from being delivered via SMS.
First, locate the SMS message where your Course Lessons were being delivered to you last.
Once you have located the message where the Course Lessons were delivered to you.
You will need to respond START.
Then you will receive a message stating:
NETWORK MSG: You have replied "start" and will begin receiving messages again from this number.
You have successfully been re-subscribed to messages from this number. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.
Now, you have successfully re-subscribed to your Course Lesson messages.
You can expect your Course Lessons to continue to be delivered per the Course Cadence that your Administrator set for this specific Course.
