Our Analytics page allows you to drill down into Learner Metrics. We provide insight into Completion Rates, Progress, Learner Engagement and Accuracy, and more. Whether you want a snapshot of current progress, or a detailed look into a specific course module, our Analytics page makes your data visible, accurate, and shareable.

Completion rate - The number of learners who have completed 100% of any course. This is determined by calculating how many users received all course modules and did not opt out.

Progress Rate: A high-level snapshot of how far along your Learners are. This is the percentage of progress across all courses and all learners.

Answer Accuracy: The total number of correctly answered multiple choice questions divided by the total number of multiple choice questions the user has answered -- if they haven’t answered any multiple choice questions or there are no multiple choice questions in the course, this comes back as 100% as it represents their accuracy across the opportunities they have had to answer correctly or incorrectly

Reply Rate: Measures learner engagement by calculating the percentage of posed questions that received responses.

Drop Off Rate: The percentage of learners who stop progressing at any point in a course due to stopping, pausing, opting out, or encountering an error.

Confidence Lift: Displays the average increase in learner confidence from the start to the end of a course, a key indicator of potential behavior change.

Learner NPS: Presents the average Net Promoter Score from learner feedback, indicating their likelihood to recommend the course.

Learner Sentiment: Reveals learners' likelihood to recommend their courses to colleagues, with higher scores suggesting better engagement potential.

In Progress: Sheer number of learners that are enrolled in an active course.

Enrollment over time: Any enrollment over a specific period of time.

Export as CSV: You can use this button to export and share your numbers as CSV across teams. You can filter your data using the drop-down menus to export more specific data on a Course, Cohort, Schedule, or Learner.

Courses:

By selecting a specific course from the filter menu, you can view accuracy and learner count for one or multiple courses in this view.

Drill down into Questions and Responses:

Scrolling down further, you'll be able to view specific metrics by Content, Cohort, or learner Responses.

By clicking on the Engagement tab, you can drill down into each course lesson and view metrics based on individual cohorts, course questions, and responses. You can view responses per user, an overall percentage of answers, and even respond directly to learners from the Analytics page. This is very handy in the case where a user asks for help or needs more clarification on a topic.
