Understanding System Keywords in Arist

There are a number of keyword commands you can utilize within any Arist enrollment within any delivery method (e.g. Slack, Teams, SMS, WhatsApp).

A glossary of terms and their uses is provided below:

START - Used to trigger the start of the enrollment after the learner receives their activation message. Only required with WhatsApp enrollments.

PAUSE - Pauses the current enrollment until RESUME is messaged.

RESUME - Used to resume a paused enrollment.

STOP - When a learner texts STOP, they'll receive a friendly message confirming their opt-out and explaining how to rejoin. (Instructions on re-engaging learners who have opted out of SMS messages can be found here.)

SUPPORT/HELP - Provides enrollment information and contact details for Arist Support.
