Course Search allows you to find courses based on title and keywords easily. Search your Courses by title keywords at https://arist.app/courses. Its capabilities include the following:

Key Behaviors of Search feature:

  • Search terms (as well as tag filters) only return courses on the selected tab (All, Drafts, Published, Archived)

  • Switching tabs will keep search terms (and tags) intact and should filter by the newly selected tab

  • You will only see the feature highlighted in the images below after you have created your first course. If you don't see it yet, don't worry!

  • Search terms search across all course content, including:

    • course name

    • course description

    • course author

    • lesson name,

    • text body (activation messages; main day content; question prompts, choices and responses)

The image below shows that clicking Courses from the left-hand menu and navigating to the Courses main page now displays a Search Bar and Filters menu. When no search terms are entered, each tab will display all Courses which match the status on the tab label (or All).

The image below shows that searching specific keywords (as in the title of a Course) will return all matching results within the selected tab's status. When you switch between tabs, the search results remain and adapt to display the results matching the new tab's status and keyword matching.

In addition to the Courses page, the Course Search and Filtering features are also available on Content Library and Course Catalog.
