The Arist Support Team is here to help with issues and inquiries both from Course Administrators and enrolled Learners.

For Learners:

When a Learner is Active in a Course Enrollment and is having issues or inquiries, they can message back (in whichever platform they are currently receiving course messages): SUPPORT

This will prompt our system to send the Learner a link to their Arist Dashboard's My Enrollments view, where they can gather detail about their past, current, or pending Enrollments as well as use our Chat Bot to get in contact with our Support team directly:

Learner View Details (numbers below correspond to the image above):

  1. Click "My Enrollments" in Navigation Menu to get to the view shown above

  2. Click the course title to view a description and other details about the content.

  3. View "Status" for any listed Enrollments to understand current standing in a given course

  4. Click the Pencil Icon under Details for any listed Enrollments to get a more detailed view of the Course Interactions, Progress, and ability to "Re-enroll."

  5. Click the icon in the lower right corner to open the Chat Bot and get in contact with Arist Support Directly, as well as browse Help Center Articles.

For Course Administrators:

For any Learner issues that are reported internally within your organization to Arist Admins, Course Writers, etc., please feel free to direct them to login to https://arist.app/my_enrollments and utilize the Chat Bot (as shown above), or reach out to us directly on their behalf via the Chat Bot or by emailing support@arist.co.

NOTE: If a Learner is unsure which email address to use to Login to the Arist app, any Admin can assist them by navigating to Learners > Search for the Learner > Click Pencil Icon under Edit Column > Locate the address under "Account Email" in the "Learner Details" section. If they have not yet created a password, they simply need to use the "Sign Up" option on the Login page with this email address, and will be able to access any past Enrollments tied to their existing Learner record.
