Re-engage learners that have opted-out of SMS training

We're excited to introduce a new feature that makes it super easy to recover learners who've opted out of SMS courses. Here's what you need to know:

  1. 📱 Automatic opt-out process: When a learner texts STOP, they'll receive a friendly message confirming their opt-out and explaining how to rejoin.

  2. 👀 Enhanced visibility: You can now see who's opted out for each schedule. Just go to Delivery Tracker > Opted Out.

  3. 🔔 Re-engagement made simple: Select opted-out learners and send them a gentle reminder about how to re-subscribe.

  4. 🔄 Seamless re-activation: Once a learner opts back in, their enrollment is automatically reactivated. No extra steps needed!

Process Flow:

  1. Learner Opts Out

    • Learner texts STOP

    • Receives confirmation from 20202 number with opt-in instructions

  2. Admin Management

    • View opted-out learners: Delivery Tracker > Opted Out

    • See specific opt-out numbers for each learner

  3. Re-engagement

    • Admins can send reminders to opted-out learners

    • Reminder includes opt-in instructions

  4. Learner Reactivation

    • Learner opts back in

    • Account automatically reactivated
