Troubleshooting Delivery Errors

When using the Schedule Delivery Tracker to view errors, you can get further information about the error by clicking the dropdown arrow next to any user's name to see more information.

In some cases you may see the following message:

An error occurred with this enrollment. Please contact support@arist.co for assistance resolving this matter.

This message means that there has been an issue with the delivery of that message outside of the Arist platform and while it can be for many different reasons, it is generally one of a few common issues:

  1. It could be that the message was filtered (blocked) the carrier or delivery service.

  2. The number may be incorrect, disconnected, or invalid.

  3. The destination number is blocked from receiving this message.

  4. Or there was an issue with the number not having adequate service or connection at the time of the delivery attempt.

Solutions

"Contact support@arist.co" Error

In this case simply bulk select the users with this error message and use the action bar at the bottom of your dashboard to click on "Get Help". This will forward the error information to our support team and they will take a deeper look and provide you with feedback.

"Incorrect or Invalid Number/Address" Error

In the case of a number being incorrect, the learner has direct access to change this in their learner profile. Please note that admins cannot edit or delete learner phone numbers and addresses, only the learner has access to do so for data privacy reasons.

If a user needs to do so, instruct them to login and follow these instructions to update their number and successfully continue their enrollment.
