If you're being invited to Arist for the first time (and you've never logged into Arist before), you will get an invite email with a link. In some cases, you may receive an error message stating that "The link or ticket is expired". This is because the login link is only valid for one hour from the time it is sent for security issues.
If you click that link within that hour, you go directly to the "Change your password" page
If you click that link after an hour, you'll see an Arist app page that lets you know it's expired and that a new one has been sent
That new link sends within seconds to your email.

If for any reason you still have difficulty logging in you can simply go to the Arist login page and click "Forgot Password". Then follow the instructions below to reset your password and you'll be able to login successfully!
