There are many different statuses that you might come across while managing Learner enrollments or viewing the Delivery Tracker for a schedule or cohort. This guide is a simple glossary of the different statuses and their meanings.
Enrollment Statuses include:
Active — The Learner is enrolled in the Course
Paused — The Learner is paused (by admin or self-paused)
Completed — When all enrollment messages have been sent out
Canceled — When an enrollment is cancelled by an administrator
Up Next — This is a hover state if an enrollment is queued to start after the current one is complete
Scheduled — This is a hover state if an enrollment is scheduled to start at a future date
Inactive — This means the Learner hasn’t responded in over five days
Opted Out — The Learner unsubscribed from the Course.
Error — Will have a hover state showing the specific error and the next steps for troubleshooting
Schedule disabled — This indicates an Enrollment has been stopped because a schedule was disabled
Location of Enrollment status:
Click on the Learners Tab.
Search for the Learner's name of your choice.
Click the Edit Icon next to your chosen Learner:
Scroll down to the Enrollment section, and you will see the Courses that the Learner is enrolled in, and next to the Course Enrollment, you will see the status.
