What is an Enrollment ID?

When troubleshooting deliverability or general enrollment issues for Learners and Admins, the Enrollment ID is the single most important piece of information you can share with our support team. It is a unique identifier assigned to every enrollment whereby we can search and find all available enrollment, deliverability, and interaction history.

When contacting support about a specific learner, a course you're testing, or anything else that involves you or another person enrolling in a course sending in the enrollment ID will help us get to the bottom of any issues very quickly.

How to find an Enrollment ID:

Go to the Learners Tab:

Click the Edit Icon next to your chosen Learner.

Under Enrollments, you will see all active and past enrollments, including their IDs. Check the Course and Schedule information, then copy/paste this ID into a thread with support along with a description of the issue.
