Overview

We have multiple options for integrating Arist with your existing Environment.

Arist uses Workato, a third party integration service, to integrate with customers' core systems like their HRIS, CRM, ATS, or LMS. Workato securely hosts Arist API information and connection details for efficient integration, as it does for thousands of other systems. It maintains automation recipes, workflows, job histories, and user profiles.

Workato employs industry-standard security measures including encryption and access controls. Arist ensures only necessary data is shared through these integrations, adhering to strict data protection protocols.Workato stores transaction-related data for a limited period of time to provide visibility into system activity, facilitate testing and debugging, allow the re-running of failed transactions, and support long-running transactions.

For detailed information on Workato's security practices, please can refer to Workato's official security documentation here.

Arist Integrations: HRIS Employee Data Sync

Employee data integrations ensure that all (and only) your employees are users in your Arist org, without any manual effort from your team.

Profile maintenance includes:

  • User provisioning: create users in Arist, either when your org rolls out Arist, or as new employees join your company

  • De-provisioning: when users leave your organization, they are removed from Arist

  • Employee data sync: maintaining users and their attributes, as per what is hosted in your HRIS

Arist Integrations: LMS Engagement Data Sync

Arist provides client-specific endpoints that return JSON or .csv files, for easy sending back to your system of record, with the following fields:

  • External User ID

  • Learner Full Name

  • Learner Email

  • External Course ID

  • LRS (Watershed, Learning Locker)

  • Employee data lake (bespoke, run by your internal data teams)

Each system will have nuances for how Arist’s data is used, and our API is set up to handle each workflow accordingly.
