In this article we outline the general steps needed in order to successfully integrate Arist with your Workado account. This is to give you a better idea of the overall process as our team works with you to set up this integration.
Overall Process:
After confirming with us that you want a Workato integration and getting sign-off from your internal IT team, we'll need them to set up an OAuth 2.0 connection via Workato. Our support team will provide you with a list of the fields needed as well as more specific instructions to aid you in setting it up.
After sending us your OAuth 2.0 credentials, we'll be able to set up a connection to your system of choice.
In the event of an error or issue connecting (which can sometimes happen) our Support team will work with your HRIS team support member to ensure the connection to your instance is successful.
Once a successful connection is established we can move on to field mapping. It's important on this step to fully understand which fields you'll want to sync from a product perspective to the specific value within Arist
Once your field mapping is complete it's time to set up your first Recipe!
