Prioritization is only applicable to channels with a single thread. (e.g. Slack, Teams)
Admins can prioritize "Up Next" Enrollments in a schedule for Learners, which means the Course will be pushed to the top of a Learner's queue for single-threaded channels by enabling the toggle under the Enrollment Options for the specific Course.
It will only apply to newly created Enrollments under that schedule.
How to Enabling "Prioritize Enrollment" for a Course:
From your Admin Dashboard, select Schedules.
Click "Enroll" on the Schedule name that you want.
On the Enrollments Options under "Share with Learners," there will be the "Prioritize Enrollment" toggle.
Click to enable "Prioritize Enrollment" and you will see a green banner notification at the top of your screen letting you know that "New enrollments for this distribution will now be prioritized".
Under the "Enroll Learners" section, you have the option to select which specific Cohort of Learners you want to prioritize.
Under the "Enroll Learners" you can use the "Search Individuals" section and select multiple Learners to prioritize the Course.
Once you're ready, you will then click "Enroll" This will create the Enrollments, and for any Learners that already had a queue of "Up Next" Enrollments, the new Enrollment will be pushed to the top (for those that do not have a queue, the Enrollment will be "Active" and starting according to the schedule.
