In October, we prioritized UX enhancements and made significant progress on the frontend upgrade to the latest version of Vue, as well as AI features set to launch in November.

New Features:

  • GIF support: Paste a GIPHY link into the media uploader, and it will be sent to the learner as a GIF.

Improvements:

  • Course creation: Admins can now specify the expertise level.

  • Video uploads: Send videos up to 15 minutes long.

  • Expired video links: Videos can be resent upon request.

  • Teams Preview: Admins can enroll users.

  • Link preview support limited to YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, and Giphy.

  • Unnamed folders are now labeled ‘(Unnamed)’.

  • Feature flags added to remove system messages for Intuit and Slack.

  • Updated SUPPORT command for learners to request missed messages.

  • Editing schedules auto-lock for stability.

  • Enhanced auto-save reliability.

Bug Fixes:

  • Autosave now works with content errors.

  • Resolved duplicate button issues in modals.

Integrations:

  • Enrollment endpoint enhancements.

  • AI Creator now linked with OpenAI for model flexibility.

Up Next:

  • November: New preview flow, Scheduling and Analytics UX upgrades, ability to enroll in a date-based schedule late/catch up, AI referencing feature, AI Question Response Assessment, Frontend migration to Vue3

  • December/January: Scheduling at Scale Enhancements: Campaigns, Calendar Tracking, Queue Management, Multiple courses over Slack/Teams (up to 2)
