Improvements

Course Creation

Image uploader only accepts and sends proper file types and sizes: We made it clear what type of file types Arist accepts and sends in the course builder. Learn what we support here.

You can now send lessons without images: You are no longer required to send an image or GIF with each lesson, unless you're sending over SMS.

WhatsApp character count warning: We’ve added character count warnings in the Course Builder to prevent any an images from being replaced with a link for any courses being sent over WhatsApp.

Friendlier automatic response to learners: We've improved the system message response to learners when they double-respond.

Easier Distribution management: Based on your feedback, we've redesigned the Distributions page to make it easier to track scheduled courses being delivered to various audience groups.

  • View any distribution’s status, enrolled learners, and cadence at a high-level without having to click in

  • Quickly copy the sign-up link to share with learners using the “link” icon

  • Easily Enroll learners by clicking “Enrollments” hyperlink on the table

Response Reminder improvements: If learners have not responded to their course for ten days, we’ll automatically pause the course, let them know, and change their enrollment status for an admin to see. We also no longer send response reminders on weekends, unless they're scheduled. Learn how to use Response Reminders here.

Analytics

Email footers not included: For survey or multiple choice question types, learners' email footers will no longer be included in the recorded response in analytics.
