After you've created a course (or many courses 😎), You can view all your courses on the Courses page. You can view all of your active courses, drafts, archived courses, and and saved favorites on this page.

You can also edit course content, create new courses, organize them in folders and sub folders, edit delivery options, and even archive courses here.

Overview:

The Courses home page displays your courses in the order they were created/edited from Left to Right, Top to Bottom starting with the most recently created course.

The orange button in the top right corner of the Courses page leads you to the course builder. From here you'll be able to build a course using our AI powered Arist Creator or you can start a course from scratch, pull an existing course from our content library and personalize it, or create a Nudge which is a simple one-time message or lesson good for applications like announcements, reminders, or important information that needs to be pushed out in a timely manner.

Filtering Course View

By clicking on the tabs below the Courses Page Header, you can filter your course view to see All, Recent, Favorites, or Archived courses.

Next to the Courses Header, you will find a filter list where you can sort results by specific filters like topic, type or even create custom tags to organize your content.

.You can manage and create your own tags by navigating to Settings, then clicking on the Tags tab in the submenu.

Creating Folders:

Make organization a breeze by creating folders to house your courses! Click the Create Folder button and give it a name.

Then you can add courses to the folder you created by clicking the three-dot stack on any course and selecting organize which will pull up a modal where you can choose where to move or assign it.

Pro Tip: Deleting a folder does NOT delete the content inside it from your library, it only removes it from the folder it was in. To archive a course you must select the archive option from the course option menu.

Additional Options:

You can click the icon with three dots in the top right corner on each course card to access additional options.

  • Edit - Open the editor and change or modify content.

  • Delivery Options - Takes you to your Schedules Tab to view the different options for delivering your course to learners. You can also create a new Schedule and assign it to the course.

  • Organize - Opens a modal to move the course to a folder or subfolder.

  • Add to Favorites - Add to your favorites tab for easy access later.

  • Translate - Translate this course into a new language (up to three at a time) using our AI tool. Don't worry, you can repeat the process as many times as you need to create as many languages as are required.

  • Version - Create a versioned copy of the course. This opens our AI Creator tool and allows you to tailor the same course content to a new audience or application automatically with just a few clicks!

  • Clone to Drafts - Will create a new draft copy of the course for you to edit as needed.

  • Email Course - Email the course as a PDF or Word document to someone.

  • Create Template - Create a Template using the course content for easy use as a starting point later. This is great when building a structure or style that you want to be able to quickly repeat later.

  • Archive - Places the course in your archived courses tab and will remove it from any schedules it is part of and cancel enrollments for any Learner still using it.
