Microsoft Teams | How to properly respond to Course Questions

This article covers how Learners who are taking Course Lessons using Microsoft Teams should respond to the Course Questions in order to progress forward.

  1. In your Microsoft Teams application, please go to the correct channel where the Arist Chatbot is located and sending your Course Lesson/Questions.

  2. Then ensure you are in the main thread/chat for that Course Lesson.

  1. The following red box shows what not to click (i.e. the reply in thread button), and the green box indicates where to respond.

  1. If the "reply" arrow is clicked, the main "Type a message" box will look like this before sending:

    1. If this happens, the Teams User will want to click the "x" (green box) to clear.

  1. After clearing, the Learner will need to type their response in the “message" field (green box) so when you send your answer it should appear like this:

  1. Then click the send button, and your answer will be recorded properly.
