RELEASES
No new major releases to share. February was spent working on larger features to be released as soon as testing is done and fixing key bugs with enrollment handling that were creating a lot of admin management overhead
Releases Coming Up:
[Once testing done] Custom Scheduler: Schedule individual lessons to go out at specific dates and times (same-day available)
[Once testing done] New Engagement Tab: Analytics will include engagement tab for easier navigation of learner responses and tracking engagement metrics across sub-steps, including drop-off.
[Once testing done] New Analytics Filters: Filter data by modality (sms/wa/etc) and ability to filter and view data by multiple courses, schedules, learners, or cohorts at once.
[1-2 weeks] Improved Response Reminders: Better language and timing to incentive engagement while giving room for learner flexibility as to not get frustrated.
[2-3 weeks] SMS Channels: Send learning over designated 'channels' where all content under that channel sends from one SMS number with a custom contact card, and acts as a single-threaded channel. Channel will be able to be assigned at the Schedule level. This helps customers with easier distribution of a variety of content to field /distributed teams - to be first used by Novartis and Hoya end of this month.
Support Work/Bugs:
New Activation Message: "System Message: Expect to get your messages [days] around [time]." Reply STOP to unsubscribe or SUPPORT for help."
Support troubleshooting: Found a few issues with Teams and enrollment behavior, and reset affected learners.
Notes:
Videos - We deprioritized video sending until the above focus areas are solved.
Teams - Solved for how we can get access to all employees on Teams that Enterprise IT teams will likely approve.
Multi-threading on Teams and Slack is delayed due to friction in figuring out Teams authentication experience.
AI improvements - Still working on building out the model with clearer prompting for better results.
