Navigate to the admin dashboard, available at admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard
Click Teams apps and then Manage apps
Search by name for the currently sideloaded Arist app
Once found, Click on the app's name
Find the tridot and click Actions
Click Delete
You may need to sign out and sign back into Teams instance for changes to take place
