Uploading Images in Arist

There are several places in Arist where you can upload images.

  • Settings > Organization Settings

    • Here you can upload your Company Logo. This image will appear in the top left corner of your Arist Dashboard.

  • Course Details Page in the Course Builder

    • Here you can upload the Cover image for your course. It appears on your Course Sign Up page when sharing your course via link, QR code, or course catalogue

  • Lesson Editor in the Course Builder

    • Here you can upload an custom image for each lesson of your course.

Every image uploader in the Arist Platform has the same file requirements

In general, it is best to upload a PNG, JPEG or GIF format and a maximum size of 1280*1139 px. See below for more specific file requirements:

TIFF, BMP, webp

  • We automatically convert these files to PNG upon upload to optimize for display and deliverability on Lessons

GIF

  • Automatically gets resized for optimal display and deliverability

PDF, HEIF/HEIC, OpenEXR, JPEG 2000, dwg, emf, psd, TGA, txt, wmf, SVG

  • These files are not supported

Important note for courses with images being delivered through Whatsapp:

If your lesson and first question have a combined length of more than 1,000 characters, Whatsapp will convert images into URLs and will not display them in the message. To avoid this, we recommend you keep your lesson body and first question prompt's combined length under 1,000 characters so that images send properly through Whatsapp.
